Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel, when refunds may apply, and how refund requests are reviewed. It is designed to promote transparency and fair handling under applicable Pakistani legal standards.

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Account owner/admin may request cancellation from billing controls or official support channels.
  • Cancellation applies from the effective period defined in your plan/billing cycle details.
  • Until cancellation becomes effective, charges may continue according to active billing terms.

2. Refund Eligibility Principles

  • Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed case by case against billing and usage evidence.
  • Key factors include payment date, service usage, plan benefits consumed, and support history.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment channel where possible and legally permitted.

3. Non-Refundable Items (Unless Required by Law)

  • Third-party transaction or payment processor fees already charged.
  • Amounts consumed through approved credits, risk-reviewed packs, or operational usage-based services.
  • Services materially used after activation, except where mandatory consumer rights apply.

4. Refund Request Process

  • Submit request from the registered account with invoice number, payment proof, and reason.
  • We may request additional details for fraud prevention and lawful verification.
  • Incomplete or unverifiable requests may be delayed or declined until required documents are provided.

5. Processing Timelines

  • Initial review is generally completed within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Bank or payment channel settlement timelines may add additional days after approval.
  • Status updates are shared through registered support channels and account communication records.

6. Merchant-to-Customer Refunds

For refunds you issue to your own customers through your store, you are solely responsible for your customer policy compliance, communication, and settlement obligations under applicable law.

7. Consumer Protection and Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right available under applicable Pakistani law. Where law requires a different outcome, the legal requirement will apply.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy due to legal, financial, operational, or product changes. Updated versions become effective when posted with a revised effective date.
