Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Account Ownership

• You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable laws of Pakistan.
• You must provide accurate and current information for business profile, billing, and communication.
• Account owner/admin is responsible for all activity performed through the account and invited users.

2. Acceptable and Prohibited Use

• You must comply with applicable Pakistani laws, including consumer, tax, cybercrime, and advertising rules.
• Prohibited use includes fraud, impersonation, unlawful products/services, malware distribution, and abuse.
• You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, or misuse APIs/integrations.

3. Merchant Responsibility to Customers

• Merchant is responsible for product claims, pricing accuracy, fulfillment, warranties, and customer support.
• Merchant must publish clear return/refund/cancellation details and honor commitments made to customers.
• Merchant remains solely responsible for tax reporting, invoices, and business compliance obligations.

4. Fees, Billing, and Suspension

• Paid plans, credits, and approved add-ons are billed as shown in your billing interface.
• Late or failed payment may lead to feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or service interruption.
• Taxes, withholding, and bank/payment processor charges may apply according to law and payment channel.

5. Data, Security, and Platform Availability

• We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for platform security and service continuity.
• You are responsible for credential safety, staff permissions, and endpoint/device hygiene.
• Maintenance windows, third-party outages, force majeure, and regulatory requirements may affect availability.

6. Intellectual Property

• Aajir platform code, design elements, marks, and content are protected intellectual property.
• You retain rights to your uploaded merchant content, subject to rights needed to operate the service.
• You confirm that your uploaded content does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses are excluded where legally permissible.
• Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through written notice and support channels.
• Subject to mandatory law, courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan have jurisdiction over disputes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms for legal, security, product, or operational reasons. Updated terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after update means acceptance.
