Merchants must use aajir for lawful commerce only. Prohibited products, fraud, scams, or harmful activity can result in account suspension.

We collect only the data required to deliver and improve platform services. Merchant and customer data is handled with confidentiality and reasonable safeguards.
Billing and Fees
Plan pricing, per-order fees, and billing cycles are disclosed before activation. Non-payment may pause service access.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on plan type and usage status. You may request cancellation anytime by contacting support.
Support and Waitlist
Access to the platform is currently waitlist-based. Invitation timing depends on onboarding capacity and application quality.
